Richard has recently joined Korn Ferry’s Dubai office as a Global Account Leader.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Richard was a Partner in the consulting practice of a leading professional services firm, based in Dubai, where he worked with some of the world’s leading organizations to navigate large-scale transformations.
Richard’s experience has primarily been in the Industrials sector — including Energy, Utilities, Petrochemicals and Agriculture — and he has also worked with leading organizations across the Retail industry.
Outside of work, Richard spends his personal time with his wife Agnes and son Hudson. He enjoys golfing, traveling, and keeping up with the latest trends in AI.
