Ciara Lui

Principal, Executive Search, Legal & Governance Centre of Expertise ANZ

Ciara is a Principal in Korn Ferry’s Executive Search business and leads the Legal & Governance Centre of Expertise, where she is responsible for senior level legal and governance search mandates in Australia and New Zealand.

Ciara has a successful track record of collaborating with clients to understand their objectives and strengthen leadership teams through searches for Legal and Governance Executives and their senior level direct reports. Ciara works across all sectors, with a predominant focus on organisations in highly regulated sectors.

Ciara previously worked in boutique and global recruitment firms. In her earlier career, Ciara was a practicing lawyer, working in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, advising clients in regulated sectors. She has also held several not-for-profit board appointments.

Ciara holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology.
