Corinne is a Principal in Korn Ferry’s Executive Search division and a member of the Global Industrial Practice.
Corinne is also a member of Korn Ferry’s Global Defence, Natural Resources and Human Resources Centres of Excellence. Corinne is passionate about diversity of leadership, as well as promoting future leader talent within the industrial sector.
Corinne has over 15 years of experience in talent consulting and executive search, with 13 years working for Korn Ferry across multiple jurisdictions. Corinne brings a global perspective and network across the sectors in which she operates. Corinne’s expertise has been focused predominantly within mining, energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, defence and agriculture markets.
Corinne has led Chief Executive, divisional and executive leadership roles across operations, human resources, safety, government relations, projects and engineering. She has also delivered on emerging mandates within sustainability; specifically within energy transition, decarbonisation and climate change.
Corinne is known for her transparent and authentic nature, combined with her ability to build trusted and lasting relationships that are based on delivery and performance. Corinne holds a Bachelors Degree in Business, with a double major in Human Resources and Strategic Management at Griffith University.
