Diana brings over 25 years of experience across consulting and corporate leadership roles in the Human Capital domain. She advises senior executives on strengthening leadership pipelines, driving succession effectiveness, and aligning talent strategy with business transformation priorities.

Her expertise spans talent assessment, succession management, leadership development, career transition services, and coaching. She has led complex assessment and succession initiatives across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa, working closely with senior leadership teams and talent councils to identify critical talent, mitigate leadership risk, and build future-ready capability.

As the lead for Career Transition Services in Malaysia, Diana oversees advisory and outplacement engagements that support organizations through workforce transformation and leadership transitions. She works closely with business leaders to protect employer brand and organizational continuity, while supporting individuals in successfully navigating career transitions with professionalism and dignity.

Her industry experience includes financial services, oil and gas, automotive, and the public sector. Having lived and worked in eight countries, Diana brings a strong cross-cultural perspective to her advisory work and is recognized as a trusted advisor known for candor, insight, and pragmatic guidance.

Diana holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Economics from the University of Manchester, UK, and is certified in Korn Ferry tools and methodologies. She is fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
