Patrizia Anzellotti

Patrizia Anzellotti leads Korn Ferry’s Government, Education and Not for Profit Practices in Australia.

During her more than 20 years’ experience in executive search in Australia, Patrizia has become a trusted advisor to senior executives across many of Australia’s most important and recognisable education, state, and commonwealth government institutions, and has led significant CEO and Board successions for these organisations.

Patrizia has dedicated her professional career working with organisations to find and develop highly skilled executive and board leaders. As a leader at Korn Ferry, Patrizia is committed to using her experience, networks and skill to deliver the highest quality service to clients. This includes responding quickly to policy changes that impact government departments and universities as well as redesigning recruitment, sourcing and assessment processes as technology evolves and the workforce and workplace changes.

Patrizia is responsible for leading a significant portion of the firm’s pro bono work. Outside her professional role, Patrizia contributes her time and expertise as a board member of the Sydney Breast Cancer Foundation, a role that reflects her dedication to community and social impact.

Patrizia holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney.
