Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Australia Lead

Pip is the Managing Director for Korn Ferry’s APAC RPO & Projects business, where she leads  operational performance and drives strategic growth across the region.  She also serves as the global lead for Korn Ferry’s Financial Services market sector within RPO responsible for shaping and scaling talent acquisition solutions across the financial services sector.

In her APAC role, Pip partners with regional and global clients to design, and deliver innovative talent acquisition programmes. She is focused on expanding Korn Ferry’s market presence, developing new client relationships and bringing the full breadth of Korn Ferry’s capability to our client engagements.  

With over 25 years of experience in talent management and acquisition, Pip has lived and worked across Australia, Europe and Asia. Her expertise spans talent acquisition consulting and people leadership, sales origination, solution, implementation and operational delivery. She has led high performing teams and built scalable, client-centric programs across multiple industry sectors and geographies. She has been instrumental in transforming Korn Ferry’s APAC RPO business from an emerging provider into the industry recognized leader it is today.

Prior to her current role, she has held several senior leadership positions within Korn Ferry.

Pip holds as a Bachelor of Business in Marketing, Management and Industrial Relations. She advocates for inclusive leadership, actively mentors emerging talent, and is recognised as a thought leader in redefining the future of talent acquisition.
