He serves as a trusted advisor to boards and senior leadership teams on executive search, CEO succession and onboarding, Board and C-suite effectiveness, and cultural transformation.
With considerable experience of recruiting CEOs, Chairs and Non-Executive Directors, as well as senior executives across a broad range of industries, he has particular expertise in the consumer and industrial sectors and works closely with clients to understand their leadership challenges and deliver tailored, high-impact solutions. His experience spans publicly listed companies, private equity-backed firms, and privately owned enterprises, both in Ireland and internationally. He is a proud member of Korn Ferry’s Global CEO & Board Practice and its EMEA Sports Practice, contributing to the appointment of exceptional leaders who transform organisations nationally and internationally.

Before entering the world of executive leadership, he was a professional rugby player, representing Leinster, London Irish, Ireland, and the Barbarians. This experience instilled in him a deep understanding of high-performance teams and the mindset required to lead under pressure.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin and has completed the Advanced Management Programme at Ashridge/Hult Business School. He is also a proud member of the Board at Barretstown Children's Charity.
