
Global Head of Center of Excellence, Korn Ferry Digital Delivery (Listen)




Judith leads the global Center of Excellence for Korn Ferry’s Listen solution, providing strategic direction and operational oversight for delivery teams across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and North America while enabling clients to build high-perfoming, engaged organisations through data-driven employee experience insights.
She brings a grounded, execution-focused approach to complex organisational challenges: balancing deep technical expertise with enterprise thinking to deliver at scale. Judith builds capability in others by translating strategy into frameworks and methodologies, creating structured learning paths, and fostering collaborative environments where teams can grow and succeed. Her work spans delivery excellence, product innovation, platform partnerships, and thought leadership: always with client experience and long0term business outcomes in mind.
Since 2013, Judith has been workingwith multinational organisations to design and implement Employee Experienceand Listening programmes. Before taking on a global role, she held variousleadership roles across APAC for both Organisational Strategy and TotalRewards. In addition, Judith serves as a member of the Dutch Works Council forKorn Ferry Consulting and Digital in The Netherlands, representing colleaguesin strategic workforce decisions at the national level.
Judith holds a Master’s degree inStrategic Human Resource Management (summa cum laude) and a Bachelor’s degreein Public Administration and Organisational Science. She is fluent in Englishand Dutch.
