Bao is a Managing Consultant within the Professional Search Technology practice, based in Korn Ferry’s London office.

With a deep understanding of the evolving tech landscape, she partners with clients to secure high-impact executives and future leaders who align with their strategic vision, drive innovation and growth. Bringing a consultative and results-driven approach, she empowers organizations to build leadership teams that fuel transformation and long-term success.

Bao’s areas of expertise encompass Data, AI, Product, Software Engineering, Sales, and Marketing. She has a strong track record in working with organizations of all sizes, both start ups and enterprises, in particular across B2C Consumer Tech, Software, Retail, Digital, SaaS, and Professional Services.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she was a Director at a leading specialist technology talent acquisition firm. Having built their European service offering from scratch, she was leading the executive search function and spearheading business development across the region.

Born to Vietnamese/Korean parents, Bao grew up in Germany, lived in five different countries and holds a Master’s Degree in Management from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome. Fluent in German, English and Italian, she brings a global perspective to talent acquisition, ensuring clients access world-class leadership.
