With over two decades of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, HR technology, and consulting, David has held leadership roles across major advisory and digital HR solution providers. Before joining Korn Ferry, he led consulting teams at a global people-strategy advisory firm, delivering solutions in reward, talent management, and leadership development. He also held senior account management and sector leadership roles in the consulting and HR technology space, supporting major public and private sector organizations with digital transformation, skills, and workforce performance solutions.
David has helped to embed the Korn Ferry Talent Suite applications and associated consulting services into clients of all shapes and sizes. He has worked closely with various stakeholders to understand specific requirements, ensure the solutions are scoped and delivered effectively, and achieve a return on investment.
David has also led on the internal enablement of our solutions, chairs regular client forums, and has close links with Commercial, Product, and Delivery leadership.
David holds a degree in Business IT and Management and is an accredited user of Korn Ferry assessment solutions.
