Fleur is an Associate Client Partner for Korn Ferry based in the Firm’s London office.
Fleur has over 20 years' experience in Talent Management Consulting roles across a breadth industries and sectors globally. She specialises in executive assessment & coaching (up to and including Board level), succession, high potential identification, and talent assessment strategy design.
Fleur is passionate in her belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive at work, creating solutions that enable organisations to understand and realise the full potential of their people. She takes an objective, and data driven approach, to help organisations to make better informed decisions about their current and future talent needs.
Fleur works with leaders to drive behavioural and cultural change, challenging current perspectives, increasing awareness of current levels of functioning and moving individuals and teams towards a desired future state.
Fleur believes assessment adds value at every stage of the employee life cycle and utilises technology to support and scale client solutions.
Fleur has held a range of consulting and business leadership positions within; executive search organisations, large global assessment providers, smaller boutique and start-up firms, and global technology led consulting practices. Most recently Fleur has focused on establishing and successfully growing her own independent consultancy business.
Fleur graduated from the University of Sheffield with a first-class BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology. She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and is accredited in a wide range of psychometric tools. Fleur holds the ICF accredited Neuro Leadership Institute’s Brain Based Coaching Certification and is working towards ICF certification with over 100 hours of executive coaching experience so far.
