Skip to main contentJames is an Associate Client Partner in our EMEA Assessment and Succession Practice based in London. His areas of expertise include leadership assessment and development, executive coaching, and CEO/C-level succession.
James has worked with clients across multiple sectors and geographies including consumer, financial services, local and national government and life sciences.
He is passionate about helping organizations optimize their workforce through leadership assessment and development, ensuring they have the right people, with the right skills and mindset, in the right place to ensure success is inevitable. He prides himself on his ability to forge long-standing client relationships, his willingness to tackle complex client challenges, to constructively challenge and a relentless desire for positive outcomes.
James began his career in people consulting in 2008 establishing and running a successful boutique consultancy specializing in leadership assessment and development. He did this for over 10 years before moving to one of the 'Big Four' where he spent 6 years supporting clients across a range of people and organization challenges, including those focused on leadership development, assessment, and executive coaching.
James works across the full breadth of our assessment and succession solutions either standalone or in collaboration with other consulting areas to best fit clients’ needs.
To complement his Psychology degree and MBA, James holds multiple psychometric accreditations, is BPS Level A & B accredited, and is also an EMCC accredited coach.
