Lou is a Senior Client Partner and leads our EMEA Sales and Service business within Korn Ferry’s Digital Practice.
With more than 30 years of experience in sales, consulting and senior commercial leadership roles, Lou has built his career on developing high performing teams, embedding sales methodologies, process and technology, hiring and developing top performers, resulting in high performing commercial organisations.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Lou has spent his career in commercial leadership roles within consulting and HR Tech organisations, including LinkedIn (focused on talent acquisition, learning and employer branding) and Indeed (the online jobs platform) - leading engagements with some of the world's largest organisations. Prior to that Lou was part of the UK Leadership Team for a top HR consulting firm, focused on top tier assessment, development and coaching.
Lou has a degree in Business Management and Economic from the University of Coventry,and is based out of the London office.
