Matt works as part of the Executive Interim team and brings more than 15 years experience supporting clients who are in Change & Transformation phases. 

His assignments range from working with clients on strategy definition, transformation and change delivery as well as the appointment of key executive level resources on an interim basis to help organisations navigate their change journey.

In his earlier career, Matt was a client partner for a  specialist Transformation & Change consultancy business, primarily working with global blue-chip organisations to deliver their transformation and change objectives. He successfully partners with clients to deploy key interim capability across all functions of the C-suite and leadership.

Prior to Joining to Korn Ferry, Matt worked for global executive search firm as a  partner within their interim division. There, he was responsible for successfully delivering senior interim assignments, consulting/advisory and programme management delivery solutions across the global Power, Energy & Utilities and Natural Resources Practice.
