Nelson Furtado partners with clients to design and implement people strategies that unlock individual potential and drive organizational performance.

With a strong foundation in business psychology, Nelson helps organizations tackle complex talent challenges with insight, curiosity, and precision. He brings a distinctive blend of analytical rigour and creative thinking to his work, supporting clients in aligning their people, culture, and strategy to achieve meaningful business outcomes. Nelson is particularly passionate about enabling better talent decisions through data-driven insights, digital enablement, and human-centred design.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Nelson held leadership and consulting roles at boutique talent and organisational advisory firms, where he worked with global clients across retail, financial services, FMCG, technology, and professional services.

His work spanned the design and delivery of large-scale assessment solutions, the development of new talent propositions, and the launch of digital platforms to support data-driven decision-making in selection and development. He has also advised public sector institutions and universities on strategy, reputation, and global positioning, leading multi-method research engagements and developing tools to support strategic decision-making.

Nelson holds an MSc in Social Cognition from UCL. He is a Registered Test User with the British Psychological Society for occupational ability and personality assessments.
