Nick Miner has been with Korn Ferry since 2019 and is a member of the KF Digital practice.

He partners with organizations to design, build, and enhance integrated talent management systems by leveraging Korn Ferry’s suite of digital tools, solutions, and services. His areas of focus include the Korn Ferry Talent Suite, competency modeling, job profiling, leadership development, high potential identification, assessments for talent development and selection, and performance management. He also supports clients in integrating Korn Ferry’s intellectual property into scalable talent processes and platforms.

Nick primarily serves Korn Ferry’s industrial and public sector clients, while also bringing broad experience working across financial services, healthcare, and life sciences.

He is certified in a wide range of Korn Ferry solutions, including the Talent Suite, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect (KFLA), Korn Ferry 360 (KF360), Korn Ferry Leadership Solution (KFLS), KF4D, Leadership Styles and Organizational Climate, Learning Agility Coaching Report, and KF Assess: Leadership Potential.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Nick served as the General Manager of U.S. Operations for a biotech organization and previously held sales management roles in the metals and mining industry, as well as positions in technical recruiting.

He holds a bachelor’s degree with a double major in Human Resource Management and Business Administration from Winona State University in Winona, Minnesota.
