Failed Flash Test on Quickcheck

 

If during the QuickCheck your computer failed the Flash test you will need to enable Flash for your browser. Here is how to do it:

GOOGLE CHROME

  1. Open Chrome and type chrome://settings/content in the address bar and press Enter
  2. Scroll down to Flash and select the button next to "Allow sites to run Flash"

INTERNET EXPLORER 11

  1. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner
  2. Select Manage Add-Ons from the drop down menu
  3. Make sure that the Shockwave Flash Object is Enabled

FIREFOX

  1. Click the menu button and choose Add Ons. The Add-ons Manager tabe will open.
  2. In the Add-ones Manager tab, select the Plugins panel.
  3. Look for Shockwave Flash on your list. Set it to Ask to Activate.

SAFARI (MAC OS X 10.11 OR LATER)

  1. Choose Safari - Preferences
  2. Click the Websites tab and scoll down to the Plug-ins section.
  3. Locate the Adobe Flash Player entry
  4. Click the check box
  5. Select a setting for When visiting other websites (lower right corner) of On or Ask.
  6. Exit preferences

SAFARI (MAC OS X 10.10)

  1. Choose Safari - Preferences
  2. Click the Security Tab
  3. Ensure that Enable JavaScript and Allow Plug-ins are selected.
  4. Click Plug-in Settings
  5. Select Adobe Flash Player
  6. From the When Visiting Other websites menu choose On, and then click Done.
