How to Respond to ‘Secure Content’ Warnings in Internet Explorer

 

Issue: 

When launching a course, tool, or assessment instrument in Internet Explorer, a Windows Security message box appears.

Solution: 

Follow these instructions below before continuing.

If the message says "Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?" - Select NO to proceed.

If the message says "Only secure content is displayed" - Select SHOW ALL CONTENT to proceed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 

Some of our media content is delivered using the 'non-secure' http protocol. When this content is loaded into a webpage that was delivered using 'secure' https, one of the above messages may appear. Answer as shown to proceed.
