




Ahmad co-leads the Assessment and Succession solution of KF’s Digital business for Saudi Arabia.
He also is the Digital Lead for the Saudi public sector entities like ministries & authorities, helping them on various people projects and initiatives.
Over the past decade, he has worked across the various solutions within Korn Ferry, allowing him to provide advice to clients across the people and HR projects. Ahmad provides research and data backed insights allowing organizations to assess and understand their talent, what to pay them and how to engage and develop and invest in, who can lead the business tomorrow.
Today Ahmad advises organizations across a broad spectrum of topics including work measurement, total rewards and talent assessments and employee engagement.
Ahmad has successful delivered strategic assignments involving talent assessments, review & revision of reward practices and policies across several entities in the public sector of Saudi Arabia.
Ahmad holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Arts, Sciences & Technology University in Lebanon. He is also certified on various talent assessments and reward / work measurement IP and methodologies including Talent Q, Leadership Assessments, Job analysis and Job evaluations.
