During her 25+ years of experience working in the public sector, international agencies and professional services firms, Blanca has gained the ability to have strategic conversations with organizational leaders and the heads of HR and Finance to help shape the Human Capital agenda to implement business strategy.
She has managed complex projects involving multiple solutions such as leadership succession, performance management, engagement measurement and management, employee experience, executive compensation and change management to help organizations navigate transformation and disruption processes.
Blanca holds a degree in Actuarial Science from Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM).
