Deborah Nunes

With over sixteen years of HR and consulting experience working in strategic projects focus on consultancy solutions to large companies, Ms. Nunes had opportunity to manage teams and design and implement new processes to deliver solutions for internal and external clients.  

As a HR Director, Ms. Nunes has the responsibility to oversee internal HR strategy, practices and processes for Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Peru and Ecuador.

Prior to her current role, when acting as a Senior Manager and leader of Korn Ferry Academy South America, Ms. Nunes had the responsibility to help to exceed the firm potential through contributing on the definition of the global learning and development strategy and its key global initiatives, bringing regional intelligence and know-how into the mix. At a regional level, contribute to the business results and operational efficiency of the business by planning and delivering learning and development initiatives that are globally aligned and consistent. 

Prior to her role in Korn Ferry Ms. Nunes has worked as a L&D, internal communication and HR business partner leader for national and multinational companies in financial and healthcare industries, helping designing new structures, processes and engaging people into companies during high speed grow, M&A and cultural change scenarios.

Before joining HR, Deborah has worked in global, local and startup advisory firms, as a consultant, key account manager and business unit leader specialized in Training, Leadership Programs, Organizational Development, Professional Training, HR Outsourcing and processes.

Ms. Nunes is a certified professional and personal coach by ICI and holds a technical degree in Design, a Business Administration bachelor from FECAP University and a MBA in Business Management from FIA-USP with an international assignment in La Verne University - LA. Ms. Nunes is a native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English and proficient in Spanish.
