




Clint Fairweather is a Senior Client Partner of the North America Media and Entertainment sector at Korn Ferry, also serving clients across industries for Human Resources and Finance.
Clint’s search and leadership advisory experience covers the entire entertainment ecosystem, including major and independent film and TV studios, production companies’, live entertainment, publishing, advertising and content services. He has significant experience working with both operators and creatives across the industry.
With nearly three decades of experience at the intersection of executive search, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness, Clint brings a distinctive perspective to identifying and developing senior leaders across industries. He began his career in social work as a treatment counselor for at-risk teenagers, an experience that shaped his deeply human approach to leadership and talent.
Prior to Korn Ferry, he spent 10 years at another global talent advisory firm leading media & entertainment, as well as leading the Los Angeles Office. He’s held progressive leadership roles at SunGard, where he was the Global Talent Leader and oversaw a worldwide team responsible for recruiting, talent development, and learning across the organization. Earlier in his career, Clint spent nearly seven years at Deloitte, building and leading national recruiting functions across key business units.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Clint holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Kentucky, where he was a four-year Division I varsity letter winner in soccer, and a Certificate in Management from The Wharton School.
