With over 15 years of experience, he advises senior executives on navigating the energy transition and shaping the next generation of advanced technologies, taking an end-to-end perspective across the entire value chain.
Leveraging his background in management consulting and executive search, he identifies and places top leadership talent to drive sustainable impact.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Florian spent more than a decade in management consulting, leading numerous international engagements across industry and advanced technology sectors. In 2021, he left Porsche Consulting to fully dedicate his work to what he considers the most critical driver of sustainable success: talent.
Florian holds a degree in industrial engineering as well as an MBA from leading international universities.
