Sarthak Panda is a Senior Principal in the in the Rewards & Benefits practice, with 13 years of experience in HR and consulting.

He has led and managed large and complex projects across solution areas in GCC and South Asian markets. He specializes in design and review of the reward strategy and executive compensation. He has worked extensively with PIF (KSA’s sovereign wealth fund) and its portfolio companies across sectors with focus on Real Estate, Technology, Aviation and Investment sectors. He also has experience in the areas of organization design, performance management, manpower planning and competency framework design as part of large projects that he led.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he led large scale M&A transactions including due diligence and post-merger integration across diverse solution areas in India, Middle-East, SE Asia & Europe.

Mr. Panda comes with extensive experience in areas of total rewards and is a subject matter expert in the areas of reward strategy, sales incentive, short-term incentives and long-term incentive design.

Mr. Panda holds an MBA with specialization in Human Resources Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar in India. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science.

Sarthak has a total of 15 years of experience and has worked in consulting firms like Mercer and Protiviti in diverse solution areas involving HR Transformation, Total Rewards, Talent Management and Career Frameworks.
