Skip to main contentAbdul Uddin is a Senior Client Partner based in Korn Ferry’s London office. He is responsible for local public services and is a member of the UK Government management team.
Mr. Uddin leads a team of consultants to develop sector strategies, priorities, and plans. He ensures the development and delivery of client solutions that improve business performance and transform organisations through culture change and organisational reconfiguration. His work includes designing and delivering organisational mergers and integrations, total reward strategies, pay equity, and pay and grading frameworks.
He has held various roles including member of the UK leadership team, sector leader for Industrial Markets, member of the Global Life Sciences sector team, client leader for a global pharmaceutical company, and Country Manager for the UAE.
Over the last 25 years at Korn Ferry, Mr. Uddin has developed a broad range of skills and expertise that have enabled him to support executive teams in leading, developing, and managing their organisations. His areas of expertise include client management, strategy clarification, advisory support for cultural and organisational transformation, performance management, organisational design and development, and total reward strategy.
Given his wealth of knowledge, experience, and skills, he regularly advises senior teams and Boards on how to lead and transform their organisations.
Mr. Uddin has a degree in medical biochemistry and an MBA from Manchester Business School and Boston University Business School (US) specialising in strategic human resources management.
