Antonella Stone is a Managing Consultant within Korn Ferry’s Public Sector Practice, partnering with UK government departments, healthcare bodies, and defence organisations to deliver high-impact change and transformation solutions.

With a results-focused mindset, Antonella supports clients across Central Government, the NHS, and Local Government in driving digital transformation, shaping complex programmes, and improving the delivery of public services. She excels in connecting senior change and technology leaders with highly specialised consultants—whether through Statement of Work delivery, resource augmentation, or long-term capability partnerships. Her strengths lie in combining deep subject matter expertise with a genuine passion for people, process, and purpose. Her reputation for building high-performing teams and long-standing relationships makes her a trusted partner for clients delivering mission-critical programmes.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Antonella spent several years working in public sector consultancy, specialising in change, transformation, and digital delivery across government and healthcare. In previous roles, she focused on building senior networks, delivering tailored workforce solutions, and helping organisations access the talent needed to implement effective change. Her early career in business development across the life sciences and technology sectors provided a strong commercial foundation and sharpened her ability to understand the needs of diverse stakeholders.

Antonella holds an MSc in Chemistry from University College London (UCL), where she demonstrated early leadership and contributed actively to multiple student committees. She also holds an NVQ in Pharmaceutical Science and a Diploma in Aroma Chemistry. She is fluent in English, with conversational proficiency in Italian, Spanish, German and French.
