Brian Rynott

With more than 25 years of airline and aviation industry experience, Brian brings a broad and uniquely multidisciplinary perspective to executive search and talent advisory, spanning aircraft leasing and finance, airline strategy, risk management, and investment. His career encompasses senior leadership roles on both the operating and advisory sides of the industry, giving him an exceptional vantage point for identifying and attracting top-tier talent.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Brian served as Head of North America and Senior Vice President of Marketing at Altavair. assets under management.

Earlier in his career, Brian was a Managing Director at Alton Aviation Consultancy, a leading independent advisory firm, where he contributed across the firm's practice areas.

He previously served as Chief Investment Officer of Intrepid Aviation, a commercial aircraft lessor, where he directed the company's risk management, portfolio management, and asset strategy functions. Earlier in his career, he also held the role of Vice President of Risk Management at aircraft lessor AWAS and began his career with American Airlines in revenue management before joining American Express's Airline Center of Excellence teams.

Brian is a respected voice in the global aviation community and a regular speaker and moderator at leading industry conferences and events. He is an active member the International Society for Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT) and the Wings Club Foundation.

Brian holds a Master of Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor of Science from Florida International University.
