Carol House

Carol House is a Senior Client Partner and Head of Forensic Referencing at the firm's London office.

With over 25 years of experience, Carol  specialises in delivering due diligence assignments to clients in the private equity, professional services, and corporate sectors.

She collaborates extensively with private equity firms, offering a range of solutions including support for C-suite leadership appointments and pre-deal due diligence on leadership teams in target organisations.

Under her leadership, the Forensic Referencing Practice has become a leading provider of Fundraising Reference Reports for private equity firms globally, making these reports an integral part of the fundraising process.

Additionally, she provides comprehensive 360˚ insights for Partner Promotion and Succession programmes.

Before her current role, Carol worked as a search practitioner for several years. Her early career was in the property development industry before transitioning to executive search in 1989.

Carol holds a Master of Arts degree in History from the University of St Andrews.
