Through her many years of experience as an advisor to Remuneration Committees coupled with a period of in-house consulting, Helen brings a comprehensive, hands on understanding of the ever evolving executive pay landscape, combined with strong technical expertise.
Helen has around 20 years’ of direct executive reward experience comprising both Remuneration Committee advisory and in house (12 years’ Remuneration Committee Advisor at New Bridge Street (latterly Aon) advising multiple listed clients including many companies undergoing IPO.)
Prior to joining Korn Ferry Helen worked in house as a Consultant to two companies which were planning IPOs, to establish their Remuneration Committee and processes during this period of transition from private equity backed ownership to public listing.
Helen advises companies across a range of industries and with a broad range of ownership structures. Her current Remuneration Committee clients include Arriva Group, AJ Bell, CVC, CAB Payments, easyJet, Principality Building Society and Welsh Water.
Helen is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) having qualified with Deloitte in 2004.
She holds a degree in maths from the University of Birmingham.
