



Jo is a member of the advisory consulting practice at Korn Ferry. Jo works across several of areas including Leadership Development, Assessment and Succession and Reward and Benefits.
Jo has worked with clients on a range of projects including the delivery and feedback of senior level assessments, 1:1 coaching sessions and the design and delivery of assessment and development programmes. Jo is accredited in a range of Korn Ferry leadership and talent methodologies including KFLAP, Styles and Climate and the Emotional and Social Competence Inventory. Jo has excellent facilitation skills and is a skilled trainer.
Jo is committed to partnering with clients to understand their underlying needs and works hard to exceed expectations.
With more than 15 years’ consulting experience, Jo has extensive experience with a wide range of organisations across all sectors.
Psychology and is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society. Jo has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and is a Chartered member of the CIPD (MCIPD). Jo also is also a qualified Counsellor and member of the BACP. Prior to joining Korn Ferry Jo worked as an HR manager in a global Insurance company.
