Nick is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s London office and a member of the Global Industrial Markets practice. For more than a decade, he has advised clients across the infrastructure, energy, construction and services sectors throughout EMEA and APAC.
He specialises in executive search, leadership transition, succession planning and inclusion, partnering with investors, Boards and Executive Teams to strengthen leadership and enhance business performance. His experience spans publicly listed companies, private equity-backed organisations, Government ALBs, and family and founder-owned businesses.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Nick was based in Singapore with boutique talent advisory firm NBI Human Capital, where he delivered executive search and talent advisory mandates across Asia Pacific, with a particular focus on business and professional services in Southeast Asia.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Southampton.
