Ryan is a Principal in Korn Ferry’s People practice, focused on helping organisations deliver strategy through people.
He works at the intersection of strategy, leadership, culture, talent and transformation, helping clients translate strategic priorities into the organisational capabilities, behaviours and ways of working needed to deliver them.
Ryan brings particular depth in Leadership Development and Culture Transformation, alongside broader experience across Strategy, Change, EVP and Transformational Leadership.
His approach combines deep curiosity about organisational context with a practical focus on what needs to shift for strategy to succeed. Ryan works with leaders and teams to challenge established mindsets, strengthen capability and create lasting behaviour change at both an individual and organisational level. He builds trusted relationships quickly and brings an engaging, collaborative approach to his work.
Specifically, Ryan has designed and delivered leadership programmes ranging from large-scale populations of more than 4,500 people leaders through to senior leadership, helping leaders challenge established mindsets, strengthen capability and create the conditions for change.
He has also led culture transformation programmes, from diagnosing current culture and defining the future state through to designing and delivering interventions that embed new behaviours and ways of working.
He brings experience working across EMEA & APAC markets, spanning Banking and Financial Services, Investment Management, Luxury Goods, Commodities Trading, Professional Services, Healthcare, Property and Law.
Ryan holds a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Birmingham, achieved Level 5 CIPD and is an Accredited Practitioner in Hogan 360 and Leadership Circle.
