Scott MacRae is a Senior Client Partner based at Korn Ferry’s London office, where he leads Industrial Professional Search across the EMEA region.
With a presence in 12 countries, the Industrial team specializes in 10 key sectors: Aviation, Aerospace & Defence, Agribusiness, Automotive & Mobility, Chemicals, Diversified Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, Industrial Technology, Infrastructure, Construction & Engineering, Logistics & Distribution, and Metals & Mining.
Bringing over 20 years of executive search experience, Scott has an extensive track record in the global industrial markets. He specializes in helping clients secure top-tier future leaders, upper and middle management, and highly specialised, hard-to-fill roles critical to business success.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Scott spent 13 years establishing and growing the Industrial practice at a boutique executive search firm, transforming it from a startup into a market leader with a strong presence across EMEA and the US.
He began his career at Citi, progressing through their Management Trainee program before moving into the recruitment sector. He then joined a specialist Oil & Gas consultancy in Aberdeen, where he was responsible for global talent acquisition, recruiting professionals for both onshore and offshore roles.
Scott holds a BA in Business Studies from Robert Gordon University.
