He has worked across a broad range of industries including financial services, consumer goods, retail, energy, healthcare, technology and professional services.
He has advised multinational organisations on organisational transformation, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness and talent strategy.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Simon held senior leadership roles within global consulting and professional services firms, where he built and led workforce analytics, talent intelligence and organisation effectiveness practices.
Simon is known for combining data-driven insight with practical workforce and organisation solutions. He helps clients translate strategy into measurable improvements in organisational effectiveness, business performance and workforce outcomes.
He is a regular speaker on organisation strategy, workforce transformation, people analytics and the impact of AI on work and organisations.
