



Before joining Korn Ferry, Zoe held leadership and consulting roles in boutique talent and culture advisory firms, working across sectors to design and deliver change programmes anchored in organisational strategy. Her work spans leadership assessment and development, culture change, people and talent strategy, and large-scale capability programmes, helping organisations embed lasting behaviour change across FTSE 250, major public sector institutions, and global enterprises.
Zoe began her career in high-performance sport, supporting elite athletes and teams. This experience shapes her approach to transformation, providing a practical understanding of performance under pressure and what it takes to sustain results in complex, high-stakes environments.
Significant client engagements include leading a culture transformation for a FTSE 250 manufacturing company; designing and delivering a large-scale leadership capability programme for a global petrochemical's organisation; and defining and activating service cultures for multinational hospitality company.
Zoe holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology. She is a Chartered Sport and Exercise Psychologist (CPsychol) with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a Registered Test User for occupational ability and personality assessments.
Zoe Taylor is a principal in Korn Ferry’s London office, helping clients deliver on their ambitions by aligning purpose, strategy, and culture, and mobilising their people with them to turn intent into action and impact.
She partners with organisations to deliver large-scale transformation, applying a behavioural science lens to embed and sustain change. Working closely with leaders to understand their challenges and co-create solutions, Zoe ensures the change is owned and supported by the business.
