Samantha Johnson

Samantha is a specialist in Leadership Development, Assessment & Succession and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion with over 15 years’ experience working with international organisations, supporting the development and implementation of their leadership and talent strategies.

Ms. Johnson is an expert Facilitator, tackling topics such as Psychological Safety, Top Team Effectiveness, Emotional Intelligence, Motivation & Purpose, Strategic/Enterprise Mindset and Glo-cal Perspective. As a deep solutions expert, she infuses her knowledge and experience across industries, including Financial Services, Life Sciences, Technology, Oil & Gas and Manufacturing, to help organisations unleash the power of their people.

Ms. Johnson began her career in North America working across the US and Canada. In 2007, she emigrated to England where she worked across the entire EMEA region, whilst being based out of London. In 2017, she emigrated to South-East Asia, basing herself in Mumbai where she partnered with organisations across Asia Pacific. Following her 6 years in APAC, Ms Johnson shifted to Dubai, focussing on the MENA region. With her extensive global experience she brings with her a wealth of international knowledge that she applies in local contexts. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she spent two and a half years at a leading Global Resourcing and Advisory firm, where she was head of the UK Leadership Consulting practice, based in London. 

Ms. Johnson is a trusted partner and advisor to her clients, helping to ensure they have the right people in the right roles, giving them individuals and teams that are focused, aligned with their business strategy, and passionate about what they are doing.

Samantha a Korn Ferry Faculty member delivering Certifications on Korn Ferry IP, such as the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, KF360, and Korn Ferry Asses/Select Suite. She is Level A & B qualified in the use of psychometric tools through the British Psychological Society (BPS), and is a member of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and BPS.

Ms. Johnson obtained a Bachelor of Science honours degree from McMaster University, Canada, in Psychology and Behavioural Neurosciences. She also holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development and Consultancy from the University of London, Birkbeck College.
