Aaron is a Director of IP Development in the Korn Ferry Institute focusing on the continuing development of Korn Ferry Readiness Assessments and behavioral assessments.
Aaron will be working across Korn Ferry businesses helping the firm to continues strengthen its position in the simulation-based assessment field at all levels of the organization.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Aaron spent ten years working in assessment development for a global leadership development consulting organization as well as time at a large executive search organization.
In his career, Aaron has been involved with simulations across all leadership levels from frontline to CEO. He has designed assessment content, scoring algorithms, and report content, validated assessment tools, and partnered in launching, delivering, and maintaining new assessment products.
Aaron received a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University, majoring in psychology and sociology. Additionally, he received a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University. Aaron is also a member of the Society for Industrial and Organization Psychology (SIOP).
