Before joining Korn Ferry, Dan co-founded and served as Managing Director at Trilogy International and Forbes Project Solutions, both of which became highly regarded firms known for their focus on delivering transformational talent solutions. In 2024, both firms were successfully acquired by Korn Ferry.
