Marie is Principal Consultant, based in London. Aligned to Korn Ferry’s Leadership Development practice, Marie works with organisations across the globe to develop learning experiences that ignite change in the behaviours and performance of leaders.
During her seven years with the firm, Marie has partnered with the Talent Boards of multiple technological, financial, industrial and government organisations to understand their talent priorities, and design and deliver appropriate interventions
Her speciality is in designing and facilitating programmes that equip leaders with the tools, knowledge and mindset needed to facilitate the growth of themselves, their teams and the wider organisation.
Marie holds a first-class degree in Geography from the University of York and is accredited a suite of psychometric assessments.
