Mrs. Dahan’s partnership with clients during their survey projects empowers them to identify areas of opportunity, make meaningful organizational change, and engage their workforce.

Mrs. Dahan works closely with clients in order to develop great working partnerships and ensure the utilization of survey results bring about change in their organization.

Mrs. Dahan is part of the Korn Ferry Listen client advisory team. Mrs. Dahan has focused on employee engagement and culture and leveraging HR analytics. Her particular areas of expertise include linking survey results to key business performance measures as well as using those results to aid in organizational change initiatives. She also focuses on DE&I and Organizational culture surveys, survey research, change management, talent retention, and HR strategy.

Mrs. Dahan Cohen earned a Master of Arts in Industrial Organization Psychology from Columbia University in New York. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business Management from Yeshiva University.

Mrs. Dahan Cohen is fluent in English, Hebrew, French and conversational in Spanish and Moroccan Arabic.
