




Ayin is theCountry Head of Advisory at Korn Ferry Malaysia. He is a leadership and organisationaldevelopment practitioner with close to three decades of global experienceacross multinationals, entrepreneurial ventures, and financial institutions,offering clients a pragmatic and commercial advisory lens.
He supportsBoards, CEOs, and C-Suite leaders on high-impact leadership, transformation andchange management, board development, and senior-level coaching, to enhanceclients’ leadership impact and enterprise effectiveness across Malaysia, APAC,and Europe and the Middle East.
In his mostrecent roles, Ayin served as Deputy Chief People Officer and VP of TalentManagement at Vision Invest, a Middle East infrastructure investment group,where he led the global talent strategy and co-led the HR transformation. Hewas also the Head of Board Development at the Centre for Governance, asubsidiary of Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund, where he established andscaled the board evaluation and director development solutions.
Before this,Ayin ran his own global leadership and organisational consulting firm, where hesupported C-Suite and Board members in diagnosing and designing solutions tonavigate complex organisational, cultural, and behavioural challenges. In theearly part of his career, Ayin worked at KPMG Dublin and PwC New Yorkspecialising in audits of banks and insurance companies; led internal audits ofthe global asset management function at Morgan Stanley New York; and was aventure capital investment lead for a London and Geneva-based family office,where he combined business building with a focus on founder potential andorganisational culture.
Ayin holds anMBA from IMD International, an MA in Organisational Consulting from theUniversity of East London, and a BSc. Accounting from Queen's University ofBelfast. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Irelandand holds the UK Institute of Directors’ Certificate in Company Direction.Additionally, he holds several coaching certifications and is also certified inmultiple assessment tools and 360° feedback instruments.
