As a member of Korn Ferry’s Digital Team, Mrs. Menshikova responsible for business growth and sustainability in Southern, Eastern and Southern Europe.
Mrs. Menshikova has a successful track record in multinational, regional and local projects, and is respected for her individual approach in people management, creativity and commercial focus. She is inspired by working with people and achieving results via juggling many tasks at the same time.
Mrs.Menshikova has been with Korn Ferry since 2012 and went through many levels and business lines to now lead Digital team managing business in 21 countries across the region.
Mrs. Menshikova earned her M.A. and B.A. in Management from the Kyiv National Economic University.
