Scott Bae is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Global Industrial Markets practice, where he specializes in the firm’s Industrial Technology and Semiconductor markets. Scott is an active member of the firm’s Supply Chain Center of Expertise and concurrently leads CEO and senior P&L leader searches in his core sectors.
Scott partners closely with Fortune 500 and sponsor-backed organizations in the US and Canada on critical leadership appointments. He differentiates his approach by executing engagements expediently while not sacrificing quality and thoroughness in the search process. Scott’s main operating principles are integrity, discipline, authenticity, and ownership.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Scott was with a global executive search firm, where he was a core member of the Industrial Technology and Supply Chain and Operations Officers Practices in the US and Canada.
Earlier in his career, Scott was a manager with a large private recruitment firm focusing on the Industrial and Consumer Products sectors with client and team management responsibilities.
Scott graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology with majors in Global Supply Chain Management and International Business. He is fluent in Korean and English and is an avid enthusiast of sports, business, and music.
