Tony Rossano leads the Technology & Digital Officers practice in APAC. He is responsible for Korn Ferry’s talent solutions across the Digital and Technology space.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Rossano was a senior manager with a leading international consulting firm, where he specialised in shared services and business process management. His earlier career included six years with a leading international logistics and distribution organisation where he went on to lead customer automation and integration activities for the South Pacific region. He commenced his career as an IT specialist progressing.
He has led engagements with leading local and international clients spanning a range of sectors including; IT & Professional Services, Communications & Convergence, Platforms (Digital, Cloud, Software), and Systems & Devices. Additionally, he has worked extensively with clients to address IT functional leadership and talent needs across diverse industries including; Financial Services, Mining & Resources, Industrial, Energy & Utilities, Travel & Transport.
Mr. Rossano holds a master of business administration from Macquarie University in Sydney.
