She partners with portfolio teams and investors to drive growth and scale operations. Her experience includes placing talent across renewable energy generation, storage, grid infrastructure, and green fuels.
Jessica joined Korn Ferry in 2015, following her experience in private markets where she focused on energy and infrastructure investments. She brings a deep understanding of the challenges faced in high-growth environments, and is uniquely positioned to advise clients on the talent and traits that will drive returns.
Jessica is a founding member of the Women of Power Networking group. The meeting brings together investors across the energy transition sector and is designed as a high-level networking forum to push the low carbon agenda.
Jessica sits on the fundraising board of a charity focused on providing renewable power to projects in Sub-Saharan Africa. The Charity has recently been featured on BBC Radio 4 and is supported by Baroness Caroline Cox.
Jessica holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature and Language from Reading University.
