Nina Hamilton

Senior Client Partner, Global Investment Management, Global Co-Leader Impact Investing

Nina is a core member of Korn Ferry’s Global Investment Management team and co-leads the firm’s Global Impact Investing practice.

Since starting her career in executive search in 2003, Nina has partnered with Global Asset and Wealth Managers, Alternative Investors, Impact Funds, Global Banks, and Multi Lateral Organisations helping them to hire Chief Executive Officers, Chief Investment Officers, Chief Client and Distribution Officers, Chief Impact and Strategy Officers.  She has a wealth of experience in running international searches especially for organizations across Europe, APAC and North America.

Her clients have included the Green Climate Fund, the World Bank, UN PRI, HSBC Asset Management, Nuveen, JP Morgan Asset Management, Goldman Sachs, Blackstone, Brookfield, Temasek and GIC.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Nina spent fifteen years at a leading financial services boutique where she was a Partner, heading the firm’s global asset management practice, based out of London.

Prior to this she spent nearly three years leading the firm’s New York office and previously seven years in Hong Kong where she built and managed the company’s Asia business across Hong Kong and Singapore.

Nina read History and German at King’s College, University of London.

She is an active member of 100 Women in Finance, a keen supporter of The Guildhall School of Music and Drama and a published travel writer.
