Toby Danos

Toby is a specialist in the Legal, Risk and Compliance (including Financial Crime) ecosystem and is a practice leader, managing a team across these domains. He focuses on the appointment of senior professionals within these functions across sectors.

With over 20 years’ experience in search, Toby brings deep expertise in these areas, and is regarded as a market leader. He has developed a strong track record of delivering challenging mandates, from technical specialists through to Executive and Board-level hires, and operates both domestically and internationally. In addition to executive search, Toby supports clients with succession assessment and advisory.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Toby was the Managing Director of a leading search boutique, overseeing all aspects of the business. He has also been a business owner and founder, bringing real commercial acumen to his work.

Toby earned a degree in Management Studies from the University of Surrey and has also studied in France and the United States.
