With more than 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition at a global scale, Vivienne has a wealth of knowledge she brings to our clients enabling them to make informed, and sustainable decisions for optimal recruitment solutions. She is based out of the London office.
In her current role, as part of the global Talent Transformation team, she is accountable for the solution design strategy, previously client success, delivery excellence and delivering customer value for Korn Ferry’s RPO portfolio. She drives successful deployments for large-scale engagements in strong collaboration with Consulting, enterprise account leaders and Digital to foster a unified engagement approach for Korn Ferry.
At Korn Ferry, her achievements have included the build-out of the RPO EMEA internal infrastructure and methodology for; implementation, Quality Assurance, L&D and internal recruitment as well as leading the Talent Acquisition Solution Advisory practice globally. Vivienne also built and led Client Success for the EMEA Digital practice.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2016, Vivienne has worked in a variety of roles in the talent field, based in Japan, ANZ, the Middle East, the UK and Germany. This has spanned recruitment technology advisory, client success and as an independent management consultant advising many global businesses across varied sectors.
Areas of expertise include; talent acquisition consultancy, global program management, transformation and change, SAAS, assessment methods, recruitment innovation and technology, target operating models and building effective teams.
Vivienne is a qualified Prince 2 practitioner and LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt.
