Clare Carpenter

Clare advises Boards across a broad spectrum of industries and sectors, including finance, technology, manufacturing, business services, media and consumer goods.

Previously, Clare was a member of the Board and CEO practice at a global executive search firm, providing nonexecutive search services to clients within the FTSE 100 and more broadly - placing chairs, committee chairs, diversity candidates and non-executive directors with a wide variety of specific skillsets.

Earlier in her career Clare worked for 11 years as a solicitor for the Corporate tax teams of Linklaters, Watson, Farley & Williams and, more recently, Mishcon de Reya, focusing on international and domestic corporate financial services transactions and entrepreneur-led tax advice.

Clare holds an LLB from Bristol University.
