Danny Vanhaecht brings more than 20 years of executive search and leadership assessment experience working mainly across industrial markets on an international level.
Based in Brussels, Danny leads non-executive director, CEO and C-level appointments as well as searches for functional leaders. His functional expertise includes HR, finance, digital and operations leaders.
Danny has a deep expertise of search and leadership development. He serves numerous family business, government owned companies, listed and private equity owned groups.
Prior to joining the firm, Danny Vanhaecht was a partner at another leading search and advisory firm. He was a member of the global Industrial, Board, Human Resources and Financial Officer practices. He led search, board advisory and assessment projects across a variety of industry sectors.
Danny Vanhaecht obtained a Bachelor degree in Commercial Sciences.
He speaks Dutch, French and English fluently.
